Praxley Private Equity acquired 26% of Technoarts in 2018 via one of its black-woman-owned investment holding companies.
Praxley Private Equity has developed strong relationships with all shareholders of Technoarts and via its corporate advisory business continues to provide advisory services to the Technoarts Group on various aspects including mergers acquisitions and other corporate finance related activities.

Praxley Private Equity’s shareholding interests in Technoarts are represented by Ms Tshepang Ntjepela, who is a main board director of Technoarts.
Tshepang is a metallurgist Engineer and completed her BEng Honours degree in metallurgical Engineering at the University of Pretoria in 2012. In addition, she has completed a Management Development Programme from UP in 2014 and Six Sigma belt training in 2016.
She has acquired vast knowledge over her career and is key driver of process optimisation, supply chain management, business improvement, root cause analysis and cost reduction.
Apart from her strong technical background, she is a dynamic team player with strong leadership skills and has good project management abilities.
Tshepang has worked at Arcelor Mittal as a metallurgical engineer, Scaw Metals Group as a meltshop manager and spent time at Deloitte as a management consultant.
In addition to representing Praxley Private Equity’s shareholding interest in Technoarts, Tshepang holds the position of Marketing Director for Technoarts and remains a key interface between Technoarts and its key clients.
